The rhubarb leaves are in good shape thanks to all the rain.
It is a lot of fun designing the leaf layout and I'll show you some interesting ideas. Your piece is taken home at end of day on it's 2' by 2' set board, wrapped in plastic. Your birdbath remains on the set board for 4 days to fully cure, at which point they can be turned over to clean and sand any rough edges. I'll demonstrate how best to clean and colour tint your piece. This style of bird bath allows you to create a composition of several leaves for design. It fits with the garden beautifully as it can be placed in the flower bed. It has a small footprint. Bring a sandwich and I'll have a great salad ready. Coffee.tea,cold drinks all day will be provided , to slake our thirst. |
